Cancellation Policy
We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify your Esthi Bestie (Julia 520-549-8485 or Jessica 520-909-6529) as soon as possible to reschedule.
Everyone’s time is valuable; therefore, we have the following policies in place: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% charge of the scheduled service on the clients card on file.
Same day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the service scheduled.
No-Call/No-Show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service clients card on file.
